Tenants have 24 hour access. Facility has 24 hour security. First floor is cement (with drive in capability), second and third floors are reinforced to support commercial weight. Current tenants are industrial, warehouse, storage, industrial and class "B" office. Telephone and Internet services are available to the entire building. Ample exterior and interior parking. Two commercial elevators located at loading docks and overhead heavy machinery handling wenches and booms. |
All interior space is well lit, temperature controlled, has
operating sprinklers, can be partitioned or "built out" as
needed. All interior space have access to common areas, elevators,
loading docks. Vehicle entry into the main facility and one
warehouse. Custom partitioned space available as well as private
entrances. Each floor of main facility has separate facilities for
men and women.
